Sleep reduces injury rates and improves overall health. The 2017 D10 events hosted almost 1000 athletes. Many of our athletes trained for months leading up to the event. I was completing the final walk through of the stadium at Rice University, when I saw it - a spent bottle of a pre-workout drink with a name like Gamma Super Pro Explode. Really?
