500 Meter Row 500M row for time on Concept C2 rower. Any damper setting may be used. Training Plan Video View Rules
Vertical Jump 2 tries per competitor with highest jump measured. One foot must be planted at all times. Training Plan Video View Rules
20 Yard Shuttle Run Agility drill requiring competitor to run 5 yards in one direction, touch a line, 10 yards in opposite direction, touch line and run 5 yards back past starting line. Hand timed, 2 tries, fastest time scored. Training Plan Video View Rules
