400 Meter Run 1 lap around the track. Photo finish timed. Training Plan Video View Rules
Football Throw Each competitor throws 3x and the longest throw is scored. Training Plan Video View Rules
Pull Ups Maximum amount of reps. Full extension at the bottom. Chin over bar at the top. Palms face away. No kipping. Training Plan Video View Rules
40 Yard Dash 2 tries. Hand timed. Fastest of 2 tries is scored. Training Plan Video View Rules
Dips Maximum amount of reps. 90 degree angle and full extension required. Training Plan Video View Rules
500 Meter Row 500M row for time on Concept C2 rower. Any damper setting may be used. Training Plan Video View Rules
Vertical Jump 2 tries per competitor with highest jump measured. One foot must be planted at all times. Training Plan Video View Rules
20 Yard Shuttle Run Agility drill requiring competitor to run 5 yards in one direction, touch a line, 10 yards in opposite direction, touch line and run 5 yards back past starting line. Hand timed, 2 tries, fastest time scored. Training Plan Video View Rules
Bench Press Men 175 lbs | Women 75 lbs – Max amount of reps. Training Plan Video View Rules
