The Decathlon Team Wants You To "Bring It" To East River Track This Saturday

The Wall Street Decathlon is just under a month away, which means you're training peak should hit now.

Don't miss out on a great opportunity to train with the pros -- and your competition! -- at the East River Park Track this weekend.

The incredible, complimentary track workout will be held on Saturday at 8am. Your coach for the day? Coach Ted Towle. 

A veritable running legend from Brooklyn, Coach Ted Towle's running resume includes scorching a 47-second 400m, 1:47 800m, and 4:01 mile. And with a Master's Degree in Exercise Science, he knows how to help you get fast and keep you healthy.

So, what's the workout? You'll be completing an active warm-up, followed by a 300-meter sprint at 400-meter pace with four minutes of rest. You'll repeat that sequence a total of four times.
